Veal in a creamy sauce
400 g clippings
100 g red dry wine
1 Lemon juice
6 PCs prunes
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cream or sour cream
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Salt, pepper, clove
Cutting cut across the grain, repel, salt and pepper and fry on both sides. In the oil remaining after frying pour the wine, lemon juice, cloves, chopped prunes (you need 30 minutes to soak in water, and then washed and sugar. Boil the sauce until creamy, adding cream or sour cream and lightly salted. Serve veal, watering sauce.
In the sauce, you can add cinnamon pinch, this will give it a special flavor.
