Meat sandwiches
What you need:
500 g beef or lamb - flesh
1 pcs. carrot
1 onions - head
2 pcs. parsley or celery
10 white bread - slices
1 pcs. bay leaves
parsley
salt
pepper black pepper
Meat cover with hot water so that water covered it at 1-2 cm. Bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook at low boil for 2-2.5 hours.
One hour after the start of cooking, place sliced arbitrarily and podpechennye carrots, onions, celery or parsley.
15-20 minutes until cooked, add salt, pepper, bay leaf. Cooked meat cool in the broth.
Before serving, slice the meat across the grain into slices, place on bread slices and complete greenery.
