Ham with horseradish
Ingredients:
400 g ham
100 g horseradish sauce with vinegar
sweet pepper
2 pcs. pickled
100 g suluguni
1 Art. l. chopped dill
2 Art. l. sour cream
2 pcs. boiled egg
Pepper and cheese cut into small cubes, combine sour cream, mixed
with half the sauce and dill.
Ham cut into very thin slices broad, brush remaining sauce, roll tubes and place on a platter.
Sprinkle with grated egg yolk and complete parsley. Next
with tubes lay salad pepper and cheese.
