Stuffed cabbage vegetable in the test
Ingredients:
1 pcs. cabbage
2 pcs. carrot
2 pcs. onion
garlic
1 pcs. egg
1/2 glass milk

salt, sugar - to taste

For the stuffing take on a coarse grater grated carrots and chopped onions in equal proportions. Fry them in vegetable oil (it is possible with the addition of butter), add a little minced garlic, chopped finely, in the summer - finely chopped dill, and parsley.
Problanshirovat in water cabbage leaves. Remove veins and wrap the stuffing in the leaves. For the dough whisk the egg, add 1/2 cup of warm milk, salt, sugar to taste, 1/4 tsp soda and flour. Mix well. The dough should be the consistency of thick cream. Obmoknut stuffed in dough and fry on both sides. Serve with sour cream.
