3 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. butter

Salt and pepper
Clipping cut across the grain. Each piece trample fingers and rub black pepper. Fry the meat in 4 minutes on each side in hot oil. Remove from heat, season with salt, put a piece of butter and leave the steaks for 5-7 minutes under the lid.
