Pie with mushrooms and hake
1 kg dough
800 g fillet of hake
100 g margarine
30 g dried mushrooms
3 boiled eggs
2-3 onions
1 carrots
black pepper
salt
Cook the mushrooms, drained the water, cut them into strips, passionate part of the margarine, chopped carrot and onion, add the mushrooms, fry, allow to cool, add the chopped eggs.
Skip the fish fillets in a meat grinder, add salt and pepper, stir.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces, roll out each separately, put a layer of dough on a baking sheet, greased.
Lay out the dough half fish, mushrooms, top with the rest of the fish, cover the cake with a second layer of dough in the center to make a hole.
To prepare the cake at a temperature of 220 degrees for 40-50 minutes, the finished pie with mushrooms and hake cover with a damp cloth for 10 minutes, then serve.
