Chicken pie with mushrooms in a pot
750 g potatoes
300 g mushrooms
100 ml brandy
6 PCs carrots
2 glass chicken broth
1 egg yolk
1 the puff pastry sheet
1 glass frozen peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
1 steamed/boiled chicken
1 glass milk
1 onions
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the chopped onions, carrots and potatoes, 10-12 minutes to cook, stirring, add the flour, after 1 min add the broth and milk, stir.
Pour the vegetables, brandy, stir, add the chopped chicken, chopped parsley, thyme, sage, peas, pepper and salt.
The mixture put on the pot, cover them with caps of dough in the center to make a hole, to sumipntg edge.
Coat the dough with egg yolk and bake chicken pie with mushrooms in a pot for about 10 minutes at 220 degrees in preheated oven, then cover with foil and bake for another 20-25 minutes
