Fricassee with mackerel
1 kg mackerel
2 onions
2 carrots
120 g green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
? celery root
6 Art. l. chopped dill or parsley
To prepare the sauce:
1 glass vegetable broth
1 glass fish broth
2 Art. l. wheat flour
80 g butter
ground black pepper
Salt (to taste)
To cut mackerel fillets and cut it portioned pieces, boil in salted water.
Coarsely chop the roots and onions, combine with peas and boil until tender.
To prepare the sauce dry flour, then rub it with oil, add the vegetables and fish broth, pepper and salt. Boil for 10 minutes.
Place the fish on a dish ready, you can garnish with rice or boiled vegetables, pour sauce.
