1 kg pulp (loin) pork
5 heads of onions
0.5 glass 3% vinegar
4 Art. l. butter

Cut the meat into cubes of 40-60 g, pepper and salt, add the onions, sliced rings, pour vinegar, put into the refrigerator for 4 hours.
The meat separated from the bow, strung it on skewers, fry in a pan with butter.
Add the onion to the meat for 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
Post skewers of pork in a pan with pickled or fresh vegetables and onions.
