Pudding, red wine and jam

50 g jam

1 glass water

? glass red dry wine

4 tsp. sugar

2 tsp. starch

Mix red wine with water, bring to the boil, add the jam and sugar, then diluted in water, starch, stir.

Once again, to bring all to the boil before serving the pudding, red wine and jam to cool.
