Salad with bacon and cabbage "Hungarian"
100 g fresh cabbage
80 g bacon
2 tuber boiled potatoes
? lemon (juice)
1 tbsp. grated horseradish root
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
the root of dill, parsley and celery
salt
Finely chop the cabbage, to RUB with salt.
Bacon and potatoes cut into cubes, add to the cabbage, then add the lemon juice, horseradish and butter, mix well.
Put salad with bacon and cabbage "Hungarian" in the dish and sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
