Boiled beef with vegetables
200 g pumpkin or squash
100 g pulp veal
100 g broccoli or cauliflower
1 carrots
2 tbsp. sour cream
Cut the meat in small cubes, add water to cover the beef on 2cm, bring to boil, reduce heat, cook the meat, removing the foam, on low heat, covered, until the quantity of water is reduced by a quarter.
Add sour cream and finely chopped vegetables and cook until tender meat.
