Compote home with semolina
800 ml water
250 g strawberry/raspberry
2-3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. semolina
A half of sugar to fall asleep berry, leave until it is almost complete dissolution.
Combine the remaining sugar with water, cook the syrup when the syrup comes to a boil, add semolina, reduce the heat to weak, stirring occasionally, simmer for 10-15 minutes, then add the berries with sugar and again to bring everything to a boil.
Before serving compote home with semolina cooled.
