Strawberry eggnog
200 g fresh strawberries
8 quail eggs
2 Cup cold milk
3 tbsp. sugar
1 pinch nutmeg
salt
To separate egg whites from yolks.
Beat the egg yolks until light yellow color, add sugar and salt.
Rinse the berries and blend in a blender, mix with the yolks, pour ? Cup of cold water and milk, mix well.
In the stable foam to beat up the whites to mix with the yolk-milk and berry mass.
Before serving strawberry eggnog poured into glasses and sprinkle a small amount of nutmeg.
