Tortilla with meat-legged "Lahmacun"
250 g flour

160 ml warm water
125 g ground beef
9 g yeast
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 lemon
1 sweet pepper
1 tomato
3 Art. l. broth

Onion, tomato and garlic finely chopped, fry in a pan, add the mince and fry until cooked all.
Finely chop the parsley, chopped pepper, along with the broth and spices add to the roasting ingredients, put out to tender.
For the dough Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water, pour the mixture into the flour, knead the dough, leave it for 20-40 minutes.
Divide the dough into 5 equal parts, each subtly roll, stuffing and divided into 5 parts.
Put the filling on the cake, leaving the edges free.
Preparing tortilla with meat-legged "Lahmacun" in a pan or in the oven: in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes in a pan with hot oil for 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
Before serving, sprinkle cake with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley.
