Tuna Salad "Bracelet"
200 g tuna in its own juice (pink salmon / salmon)
2 eggs
1 glass rice
1 bundle dill
1 packing cheese toast
3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tsp mustard
pepper, salt
Figure pour 3 cups water, boil until tender.
From fish to drain the juice, but do not throw away, remove bones, mash it with a fork.
Boil hard boiled eggs, cool, peel, separate the yolks from the whites.
For the sauce, rub the yolks with mustard and fish juice.
Proteins rub on a fine grater, add the sauce, pour soy sauce, add the chopped dill and pepper, mix well.
Take a flat dish, put in the center of the glass, put the first layer around the cup rice, pour the sauce, then put a layer of fish, pour the sauce, gently remove the glass cover with salad plastics cheese toast, leaving no gaps between them.
Put the salad for 15 minutes in the cold.
For registration you can take sweet peppers of different colors, cut into cubes.
Get a salad from the refrigerator, put in a minute or two in the microwave to melt the cheese, just to get it, place slices of pepper and serve salad with tuna "bracelet" to the table warm or chilled.
